Due to the recent set up of their regional supply chain center, our client, one of the world’s leading consumer brands, is looking for energetic and enthusiastic experienced Executive, Supply Planners to join their new team.

In your role you will be primarily responsible for supply and capacity planning associated with a specific manufacturing plant or third party manufacturer (TPM). Depended on the Brand you will deploy and/order products from one or multiple Manufacturing sites/TPM’s. This would involve daily monitoring of the supply situation in the markets participating in the RCCP process and ensuring that the Production Plan (MPS) meets the market requirements.

You will work closely with the markets, i.e. Demand Planning and you are involved in pre-S&OP meetings and the Franchise S&OP meeting. Your main responsibility is to deliver results in terms of extraordinary customer service, low inventory and distribution cost. In case of capacity constraints/oversell or other short supply, you need to be able to lay out the options in order for a decision to be made on who will get what by when. Further, you would own a specific process (i.e. pre-S&OP) meeting. The responsibility is to ensure the process is standard across the Franchise and the Markets and you are looking into ways to improve this process.

The ideal candidate will be a MBA/degree holder with min 4 years of experience in Supply Planning preferably with FMCG or Consumer Electronics. You must have deep understanding of the S&OP process and MRPII. Good understanding of ERP systems ideally SAP and/or Mercia/APO.
